Walid Abou Farhat is an international IP and litigation lawyer advising creators, publishers, aggregators, telecom operators, and media groups across MENA. He served as a copyright expert before the U.S. Central District Court in Fahmy v. Jay-Z et al., and has represented renowned artists and labels including Rotana, Arabica, EMI, and leading Arabic celebrities. Walid has advised Lebanon's Ministry of Culture and participated in WIPO forums. His practice spans rights clearance, licensing, enforcement, entertainment and telecom transactions, and complex disputes.
